Expectations of attendees
To make the event viable and valuable, everyone who attends is expected to:
Spend time preparing for the event (e.g., thinking about what you want from the summit, scheduling meetings, and reading memos). We'll share information on how to prepare nearer to the time.
Read and stick to our confidentiality policy, code of conduct, and our antitrust policy.
Spend at least 5 minutes filling in the post-summit feedback form so we can make improvements to future events.
Event logistics
To make attending the summit a smooth and productive experience for all attendees, we'll provide the following:
Inbound and outbound buses from San Francisco (217 Main Street, outside Charles Schwab) and Berkeley (2020 Addison St).
Accommodation and meals at the venue for the duration of the event. We'll cater to all dietary requirements.
We'll reimburse reasonable travel expenses in cases where it will make a substantial difference to your ability to attend. If you’d like to request travel reimbursement, please email us.
